I will gratefully accept submitted Self-Storage Auction information on this web site from Storage Facilities, Auctioneers, and Online Storage Auction Web Sites. The process is very simple. Once the auction event is submitted it will be placed in the auction event display cue. The auction event display cue is set to display auctions about 1 week in advance. Auction buyers will then have plenty of time for schedule conflict resolution(s).

Online Auction Sites

Those that are submitting auctions from online storage auction sites will need to exercise care when submitting an auction event.

Because of the way I have designed the auction event notification system, online auction sites will not be able to submit multiple event notifications for any single auction site during any particular month. What this means is, if there are multiple lockers up for auction at a location, only one listing will be shown for that storage facility during a months time.

It is requested that Online Auction Web Sites do the following:

  • Create one (1) notification alert for all the auctions available at a location during the month
  • On the first line were it requests the locker (Bin, Room, Unit, RV Space, etc) list write the following:
    • Online Auction: Being held at http://www.TheDomain.xxx
      (Use a URL that will output All auctions at that location for the month)
  • Then List all lockers (Locker Number and/or Custody Id/Security Tag # – like shown in the legal ad) available at that location during the month – one resource per line
  • A URL List Of Resources Will Not Be Accepted!
  • The date field above should be set to the date that the auction will start
  • Please fill out the rest of the submission form with all requested data.

I am adding an area where the online auctions will be listed on each State Storage Auction Article posted on this site and on other web sites..
