Self Storage Auctions

Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber signed House Bill 2706 on May 22, 2013. The Bill was sponsored by Representative GARRETT, Senator BEYER; Representatives HOYLE, HUFFMAN, PARRISH, Senators DEVLIN, FERRIOLI, ROSENBAUM (at the request of Dave Barrows for the Self Storage Association).

The bill will go into effect on January 1, 2014.

There are several interesting changes that were made and it would be in the best interest of the storage auction locker buyer to review this bill if you purchase lockers in the state of Oregon.
