Self Storage Auctions

Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval signed Assembly Bill 182 on May 30, 2013 and revises provisions governing liens of owners of storage facilities. Carrillo sponsored the Bill.

The bill will go into effect on October 1, 2013.

There are several interesting changes that were made and it would be in the best interest of the storage auction locker buyer to review this bill if you purchase lockers in the state of Nevada.
