It appears Mr. Holyfield is going through a patch of hard luck. He was recently forced to vacate his home because of foreclosure and he was willing to sell some of his Prize Fighting memorabilia at auction to help him out financially. The details can be found in the linked article.

Should Mr. Holyfield get his memorabilia back? I think so. It appears it was taken because of a mistake or maybe a miscommunication of sorts. Either way, I guess it all will be determined by the written word of the contract. This case looks to be going to a jury trial.

Will Mr. Evander prevail? Only time will tell… I know one thing for sure – He is one of the greatest Prize Fighters in the world.
