Self Storage Auctions

Connecticut Governor Malloy signed Senate Bill 752, AN ACT CONCERNING SELF-SERVICE STORAGE FACILITY LIENS. the bill was signed into law on May 17, 2013. The bill will into effect today, July 1, 2013.

There are several interesting changes that were made and it would be in the best interest of the storage auction locker buyer to review this bill if you purchase lockers in the state of Connecticut.
